Fall safety nets in conformity with European Standard EN 1263-1 and the German DGUV rule 101-011 with additional border rope.

Configure your own made-to-measure safety net. Choose one of the above colors and enter the desired length and width into the appropriate fields. The surface area, weight and price of the net will then be automatically calculated and shown.

The net has a border measuring approx. 9 mm in thickness all around (see sample picture). An additional rope is sewn/linked to the border mesh. The border gives the net a neat outer edge on all sides and simultaneously ensures stable, stress-resistant anchorage points. The border and all seams are executed in the same color as the net.

In addition, fall safety nets are equipped with a 12 mm-thick polysteel rope (30 kN), which is firmly attached to the border.

The safety net consists of woven, deep-dyed polypropylene filament yarn, which is a highly tearproof and stable synthetic fibre. Thanks to the knotless weave, which is no less stable than a knotted connection, the net keeps its shape perfectly.

The material is of course 100% non-toxic, and contact with mucus membranes (mouth, eyes) is completely safe as well. Thanks to their weather-resistance and UV-stability, our safety nets are suitable for both outdoor and indoor use.

Attention:

Please note that the net has some elongation under its own weight. Depending on the size of the net, the type of fastening and the prestress of the net, it cannot be ruled out that the net will stretch below the water surface under load. To reduce net sag, we recommend to thread ropes, straps or other crossing elements through the net to tension them. This reduces the net area and thus the potential elongation. The elongation of the net is limited by the revolving edge rope. Thus the internal material is always more flexible than the edge. Suspension without sag is not always possible.

If the net spread below the surface of the water and the affected persons were unable to free themselves from the net, we would advise against the use of a safety net.
