Slide Protection Before a Downward Glide

Waterslides are a lot of fun for children, but can be very dangerous in the event of carelessness. In the case of open slides, which are usually installed at open-air swimming pools, it is advisable to install an additional safety net to catch people who slip over the edge of the slide and protect them from a serious fall. One can quickly lose control over what’s happening in the tube, especially when rubber tyres or rubber boats are being used as sliding equipment. The net encloses the slide completely and is therefore not so much a fall safety net as a side guard net.

The waterslide safety net possesses all the properties necessary for many years of use on and in the water: the net is made of polypropylene, a synthetic plastic (therefore immune to mould), which is absolutely waterproof, weather-resistant and UV-stable, and can therefore withstand wind and weather for many years. The 3 mm-thick material with a 45 mm mesh is designed to be able to catch an adult man without any problem.

The waterslide net “Tennis” can be ordered in sizes starting from one square meter, and precision-cut to the centimeter.
