Custom-made hay net for round bales in box form. Select the color and enter the desired length, width and height in the appropriate fields. Net area, weight and price are calculated and displayed automatically. The net has a closed lid and opposite an open side, so that it can be pulled over a whole hay bale and tied up or hung up with a pulley. The net comes with a two meter long drawstring to tie the open side.
The net has a border measuring approx. 7 mm in thickness all around (see sample picture). An additional rope is sewn/linked to the border mesh. The border gives the net a neat outer edge on all sides and simultaneously ensures stable, stress-resistant anchorage points. The border and all seams are executed in the same color as the net.
The safety net consists of woven, deep-dyed polypropylene filament yarn. This is a highly tearproof and stable synthetic fibre. Thanks to the knotless weave, which is no less stable than a knotted connection, the net keeps its shape perfectly.
The material is of course 100% non-toxic, and contact with mucus membranes (mouth, eyes) is completely safe as well. Thanks to their weather-resistance and UV-stability, our safety nets are suitable for both outdoor and indoor use.

I hang the hay net in my stable on a long rope, which I move with a pulley. I put a 65x70 mini round bale into it, which is not very light. I ordered the net exactly for the dimensions of the bale. But it is much too small, you definitely have to add 10 cm more width and 20 cm more height so that you can pull it together properly at the top. Now I always have to make the bales a little smaller, which is complicated. The rope supplied, which you use to pull the bale together, has already broken or been bitten through once, in any case it is not particularly stable. The net itself holds up quite well, I have been using it for about 2 months now.
I have now ordered the second one from the horse specialist mail order company... translated, original text: "Ich hänge das Heunetz in meinem Stall an ein langes Seil, das ich mit einem Flaschenzug bewege.
I purchased the hay bag to help control wasted hay while feeding my goats. I didnt know how well it would work at first but it turned out to work really well. The hay bag is well constructed and after feeding 3 round bells through it so far it shows no signs of wear or weakness. I am still trying to figure out the best way to tie the top closed and make the best anchor point to pick it up.
Overall I am very happy with it and will probably order one more for the same purpose.
We have been using the net for a few weeks and can only report good things so far. Very stable. Better to order a little bigger translated, original text: "Wir haben das Netz seit einigen Wochen in Gebrauch und können bisher nur gutes berichten. Äußerst stabil. Besser ein klein wenig größer bestellen"
