This PVC mesh fabric has a 40 mm wide hem sewn around it. This integrates an additional reinforcing tape. The reinforced edge gives the net a neat finish on all sides and at the same time provides stable and resilient attachment points.

Mesh Tarpaulins Made of Sturdy Material

Our tarpaulins are made of UV-resistant, air-permeable knitted polyester with edge reinforcement and tarpaulin eyelets at the selected distance. A special PVC coating makes the net fabric of the tarpaulin particularly stable and durable. Thanks to a mesh size of 2x2 mm, the PVC mesh fabric is very narrow-meshed and dense, but at the same time water- and air-permeable, which prevents the tarpaulin from inflating unintentionally - for example in strong winds.

The material of the PVC-coated tarpaulin is of course 100% non-toxic, even contact with mucous membranes (mouth, eyes) is completely harmless. All our safety nets and tarpaulins are suitable for outdoor use as well as for indoor use due to weather resistance and UV stabilisation.

Note: The information on the eyelet spacing in the PVC fabric is calculated with tolerance. If the eyelet spacing is not exactly compatible with the side length, the spacing is averaged accordingly.

Fastening Options for Cover Tarpaulins Made of PCV Mesh Fabric

Thanks to the reinforced hem and the eyelets at regular intervals, the PVC mesh fabric is easy to assemble and can be used in combination with various fastening options. For example, you can attach the tarpaulin with Tensioning Cords, Cable Straps, Tension Belts oder mit Snap Hooks to the desired object - and use the tarpaulin in this way entirely according to your individual needs.

No matter what you use the PVC fabric cover for, correct installation or fastening of the tarpaulin is important to ensure your safety and also the longevity of the mesh fabric. Therefore, always make sure that the tarpaulin is adequately fastened on all sides. If you use the tarpaulin as a horizontal or vertical cover (e.g. for the pool or as a privacy screen), you should also make sure that the tarpaulin is sufficiently taut. This largely prevents the tarpaulin from sagging due to wind or large accumulations of water.
