Hay Bag by the m² (Custom-Made)

After my horse was in the clinic, I had to change the way he fed and the amount of hay. I have to weigh the hay precisely. So that the amount of hay doesn't lead to long feeding breaks, I decided to use hay nets or bags. I bought the hay net bag twice, one for the morning and one for the evening. As you can see in the photos, I built a 'hay box' that has a loop in each corner. I then found the right size for hay net bags for the box, as you can determine the size of the bag yourself. The hay bag is originally intended to be hung up and comes with two loops from the factory with which you can hang the bag. For my box, I simply added snap hooks to the bottom 2 corners of the bag to attach it to my hay box. The mesh size is ideal if the horse is to have hay for a long time, as it is not possible to pull out large amounts of hay straight away, as is the case with other nets with wider meshes. I have been using the nets every day since the beginning of April, so my pony pulls the hay out of them every day and I have not noticed any defects so far. The loops are sewn securely and can withstand the horse's strong pulling very well. The snap hooks I added also show no signs of abrasion or other wear and tear on the net. Wind and weather do not affect the net either.
All in all, I am very happy and satisfied with the nets because they have been a loyal support to me so far and will certainly continue to do so.

All in all, I am satisfied and would choose these hay net bags again at any time. translated, original text: "Nach dem mein Pferd in der Klinik war musste ich die die Fütterungsweise und die Menge an Heu umstellen. Das Heu muss ich genau abwiegen. Damit bei der Menge Heu nicht zu lange Fresspasuen entstehen, habe ich mich für Heunetze- bzw. Taschen entschieden. Die Heunetztasche habe ich 2x gekauft, eine für Morgens und eine für Abends. Wie man auf den Fotos sehen kann, habe ich eine 'Heukiste' gebaut die in jeder Ecke eine Öse hat. Für die Kiste habe ich dann hier das passende Maß für Heunetztaschen gefunden, da man die Größe der Tasche selbst festlegen kann. Das Heutasche ist im Ursprung zum aufhängen gedacht und mit zwei Schlaufen ab Werk versehen mit denen man die Tasche aufhängen kann. Ich habe für meine Kiste lediglich Karabinerhaken in den unteren 2 Ecken der Tasche ergänzt, um sie in meiner Heubox zu befestigen.
Die Maschenweite ist ideal dafür geeignet, wenn das Pferd lange etwas vom Heu haben soll, da es nicht auf anhieb gelingt große Mengen Heu raus zu zupfen, so wie bei anderen Netzen mit breiteren Maschen. Die Netze sind bei mir seit Anfang April im täglichen Gebrauch, mein Pony zubbelt also täglich das Heu daraus und mir sind bisher noch keinerlei Mängel aufgefallen. Die Schlaufen sind stabil vernäht und halten das kräftige Zupfen vom Pferd sehr gut aus. Auch die von mir hinzugefügten Karabiner zeigen bei dem Netz keine abriebspuren oder sonstige Abnutzungen. Wind und Wetter setzen dem Netz ebenfalls nicht zu.
Rund herum bin ich sehr glücklich und zufrieden mit den Netzen da sie mir bis jetzt treu beistehen und es sicher auch weiterhin noch werden.
Der Versand war aufgrund von Covid-19 schleppend, aber das Paket und die Netze kamen in einem sehr guten Zustand an. Rund herum bin ich zufrieden und würde mich jederzeit wieder für diese Heunetztaschen entscheiden."
