Description
Test protocols for the documentation of acceptance of scaffolding according to DGUV 201-011 and DGUV 201-023. The block contains 25 copies with 4 sheets each (original plus 3 copies in green, pink and yellow). The container has an inlay cardboard, which can be placed under the current pile. So a labeling without a separate pad is possible.
According to the DGUV-Information 201-011, the scaffold erector is responsible for the safe assembly, disassembly and dismantling as well as their safe storage, safe transport and testing after assembly. The future user must be provided with a proper scaffolding.
Our test report is suitable for documenting the results of the prescribed test before handover. It contains all necessary information for a proper acceptance and delivery. After completion and testing, the scaffold must be marked in a clearly visible place. We recommend to attach a copy of the test report directly to the scaffold with a transparent bag.
