Anti-Slip Mat

No matter whether it involves emergency turns, full braking or unevenness on the road, the load must always be fully secured and should not move. Non-slip mats increase safety by increasing the friction between the cargo and the floor of the cargo area. This is especially important when transporting heavy goods, as the strain is reduced by the non-slip mat in tensioning systems.

In conformity with VDI 2700 (Association of German Engineers, “Load securing on road vehicles”), the maximum strain imposed on non-slip mats should be selected in such a way that the deformation of the material thickness does not exceed 30%. In the case of these mats, that is 125 t/m². The non-slip mats fulfil the requirements of VDI 2700, Sheet 3.2, Sheet 9 and Sheet 15. The uses conform to DIN 75410 and BGI 649 (Mutual Indemnity Association).
