Description
Tight-woven archery protection net made of flame-retardant polypropylene (510 g/m²).
High-quality made-to-measure tarpaulin for private and industrial use. Choose one of the above colors and enter the desired length and width into the appropriate fields. The surface area, weight and price will then be automatically calculated and shown. Due to the type of textile it is possible that the material shrinks in the first weeks of use. The net may be produced bigger according to the ordered size. Please also note the stated production tolerance.
Our tarpaulins are made of UV-resistant, air-permeable fabric with reinforced border and suspension hooks along the top border at 30 cm intervals. The air-permeable material prevents the tarpaulin from ballooning in strong wind. The material is of course 100% non-toxic, and contact with mucus membranes (mouth, eyes) is completely safe as well. Thanks to their weather-resistance and UV-stability, our safety nets are suitable for both outdoor and indoor use.
Dimensioning: The net should hang loosely like a curtain and not be tensioned all around. We recommend an allowance in length of 40% In case of heavy use or in case of protection with arrows going frontally in the direction of the net, we recommend hanging two nets one behind the other. Nets next to each other should overlap by at least 50 cm.
Suiteable for archery as a sport. Not suitable für huntig archery.

Our club, the archery department (newly affiliated since January 2019) of SV Motor Babelsberg, can only set up the targets in front of the row of windows in the new training hall in order to achieve shooting distances that comply with the regulations. The commercially available arrow-catching net (green in the photo) that was initially hung up proved to be inadequate both in terms of dimensions and stopping power. The club shoots bows up to 45 pounds. The new stopping net is therefore essential in order to achieve the necessary stopping power.
