Safety Net with Stainless Steel Wire Core (per m²)

Knotless net with stainless steel wire insert by the metre in a fixed width. Select the color above and enter the desired color and length in the corresponding fields. The net area, weight and price are calculated and displayed automatically. You can choose between a width of 300 cm and 400 cm.

Material

The safety net consists of braided, through-dyed polypropylene filament yarn as cover and a wire strand as core. The total material diameter is 4.75 mm. The inner steel wire has a diameter of 1.25 mm and is made of stainless steel. The polypropylene fabric is an extremely tear-resistant and stable synthetic fibre. The knotless weave, which is no less stable than a knotted connection, ensures that the net retains its shape.

The material is of course 100% non-toxic, and contact with mucous membranes (mouth, eyes) is also completely harmless. Thanks to their weather resistance and UV stabilisation, our safety nets are suitable for both outdoor and indoor use.

Edge Design

The net is finished with an all-round edge of approx. 9 mm thickness. An additional rope is attached to the edge meshes. The finishing edge gives the net a neat finish on all sides and at the same time ensures stable and resilient attachment points. The finishing edge and all seams are finished in a combination of black and the selected net color.

Flame-Retardant Characteristics

The base fibre is flame-retardant in accordance with EN 13501-1. The net can also be used outdoors without losing its flame-retardant properties. The nets have been tested accordingly and fulfil the requirements of DIN 4102 (class B1, flame-retardant material) and EN 13501-1 (class B-s1 d2).

Vandalism-resistant Characteristics

Thanks to the stainless steel wire insert, the safety net is extremely cut-resistant and vandalism-resistant without losing the appearance of a classic textile net. The polypropylene yarn coating also ensures very good sound absorption.
