Information on Our Production & Delivery Periods

The production period for our products varies between 3 days and approx. 3 weeks, and is specified for each product individually. The stated shipping time apply to deliveries to Germany. In the table above you will find the parcel transit times for shipment to other countries, which you will need to add to the shipping time given for the product concerned.

If, within the scope of one purchase order, you order several products for which different shipping times apply, we will ship your products as one delivery, unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the product with the longest delivery period will determine the delivery period for the whole shipment.

Information on Calculating the Delivery Date

If you have paid in advance, the delivery period begins on the day that the payment arrives on our account – or, in the case of other methods of payment, on the next working day following the formation of the contract – and ends at the close of the last day of the delivery period. Should the last day of the delivery period fall on a Sunday or an official national holiday in the country of delivery, the next working day will instead be set as the last delivery day.
